The annual scientific Russian forensic round table took place at KRSU

On December 13, a round table was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin «Current issues of forensic medical examination – 2023».

The round table was solemnly opened by: First Vice-Rector of KRSU – German Viktorovich Lotsev and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU – Rosa Raiymbekovna Karaeva.

Scientific reports on current issues in forensic practice were presented for discussion:

1. Employees of the Department of Forensic Medicine named after P. A. Minakov, Faculty of Medicine, Russian National Research Medical University named after N. I. Pirogova:

• Kildyushov Evgeniy Mikhailovich, head of the department and Egorova Ekaterina Vasilievna, assistant of the department – «On the possibility of using computed tomography in the examination of living persons in forensic medical practice»;

2. Employee of the Department of Forensic Medicine with a course in law, Tver State Medical University:

• Dadabaev Vladimir Kadyrovich, head of the department – «Pchange in the radiation method of CT in the study of traumatic brain injury».

3. General Director of BIOCHIP-IMB LLC:

• Fesenko Denis Olegovich – «Forensic genetic examination: the current state of the main methods. Paleogenetics».

4. Doctor – forensic expert of the 24-hour duty service department of the Omsk Region Clinical Hospital «Bureau of Forensic Medicine»:

• Gordeeva Zhanna Nikolaevna – «Possibilities of using computer technologies in the examination of personal identification».

5. Employee of the Department of Instrument Engineering, educational laboratory of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology KRSU:

• Mikhail Aleksandrovich Dukhanin, head of the laboratory of methods of control and diagnostics of the Department of Instrument Engineering of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, KRSU – «Some issues of bioelectropotential».

After the reports, the round table participants asked more than 120 questions, to which the speakers gave full answers, during which discussions arose, and this undoubtedly indicates the relevance of the chosen topic of the round table.

In the afternoon, two lectures were given to 6th year students of medical and pediatrics, 5th year dentistry, and everyone interested in forensic medicine:

• Professor Evgeniy Mikhailovich Kildyushov (RNIMU), on the topic «Problematic issues of establishing the time of death»;
• Associate Professor Fesenko Denis Olegovich (IMB RAS) «Modern methods of forensic genetics and criminology».

On the second day of the round table, a lecture was given on the topic «Forensic examination of foetal and neonatal corpses», 6th year of Medical Medicine, foreign citizens in the amount of 70 students Kildyushov Evgeniy Mikhailovich – head of the department forensic Medicine named after. P. A. Minakov, Faculty of Medicine, Russian National Research Medical University named after. N.I. Pirogov.

1. Employees of the Department of Forensic Medicine named after P. A. Minakov, Faculty of Medicine, Russian National Research Medical University named after N. I. Pirogov, conducted seminar classes with 6th year students of the medical faculty of KRSU:

• Tumanov Eduard Viktorovich, associate professor of the department – «Differential diagnosis of pancreatic injury»;
• Sokolova Zoya Yuryevna, associate professor of the department – «Training of forensic doctors: modern realities, problems and ways to solve them»;

2. The head of the Department of Forensic Medicine with a course in law, Tver State Medical University, conducted a practical lesson with 6th year students of the medical field of the Faculty of Medicine KRSU:

• Dadabaev Vladimir Kadyrovich, head of the department – «sforensic medical thanatology».

3. Employees of the Department of Forensic Medicine, Faculty of Medicine KRSU:

• Vychigzhanina Yulia Stanislavovna, senior teacher – «Aconit – forensic realities, problems, tasks and answers to questions».

After lectures and reports, the round table participants asked more than 110 questions, to which the speakers gave full answers, during which discussions arose, which undoubtedly indicates the relevance of the chosen topic of the round table.

Good scientific, practical and friendly contacts are being established between scientists and practitioners of our countries in the field of forensic medicine.
