A forum dedicated to creative economics issues was held at KRSU
On May 11, the Department of World Economy KRSU, together with the Council for Business Development and Investment under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, held an international conference «Creative Economy – an important factor in the country’s sustainable development».
The event was dedicated to the International Year of the Creative Economy, declared by the UN General Assembly.
The conference was moderated by Ph.D., media expert, director of LLC «Data Lab» G. Toralieva and member of the Forum Organizing Committee «Creative Central Asia» D. Amanaliev.
KRSU Vice-Rector for Science, Professor V. Lelevkin and First Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic D. Imanaliev addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
The conference was attended by the Director of the UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty, the Chairman of UNESCO in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan K. Piccat, the UNIDO Country Representative in the Kyrgyz Republic M. Usupov, UNDP Advisor for Economic Recovery of the Kyrgyz Republic U. Shavurov, representatives of Russian universities, as well as founders and founders of creative companies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the conference, a resolution was developed, which was sent for consideration to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, an electronic version of the collection of articles was released, as well as its paper version.
