+996 (312) 98-89-48 (ext.:17023) cemz@krsu.edu.kgThe educational and methodological office of digital technologies in education at the UOUPIMS KRSU (hereinafter - «UMKCTO») is a scientific, educational and educational-methodological structural unit of the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education of the Kyrgyz Republic — Russian Slavic University (hereinafter - «University») created by order of the rector of KRSU. The basis for determining the direction of activity of the UICCTO is the decisions of the Academic Council.
UMKCTO carries out its activities at the University as a single educational, scientific and production complex and is subordinate, for educational activities, to UOUPiMS.
In accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of the KRSU, UMKCTO was given the status of a scientific and educational unit of the university for training and advanced training in the field of digital technologies for teaching staff.
UMKCTO carries out its activities in cooperation with the educational, scientific, production and management departments of the University.
Training, consulting and retraining of teaching staff (PPS) according to programs «Creation of an electronic version of the main educational program» (hereinafter – OOP) taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education and the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (personnel, types of activities, competencies, library support in electronic digital form, logistics, evaluation tools), «RPD FSOS VO», «Retraining courses», «Electronic training courses» in accordance with the order of the rector of KRSU dated March 15, 2018, participation in the general educational process for training students, undergraduates and graduate students in the field of information technology, management of the work of UMKCTO, on-line, remote work, via the Internet.
Formation of a unified information and educational space of the KRSU educational system, including the modernization of the infrastructure of the UICCTO and the development of methodology and technology for creating electronic training courses and testing systems in order to ensure a rational combination of various types of educational and cognitive activities, various technologies for presenting materials (text, graphics, audio, video, animation).
Development of the methodology of electronic knowledge management in relation to the tasks of the University, carrying out relevant scientific, methodological, educational, methodological and analytical work.
Promoting the development of an e-education system at the University based on the methodology of e-knowledge management and information and communication technologies.
Introduction and promotion of innovative technologies: methods and technologies for preparing electronic educational materials and knowledge bases, supporting students’ independent work with network information resources, computer self-testing using electronic tests developed by departments.
Creation and maintenance of an Internet-related computer laboratory (class) of authorized access for teachers of departments developing electronic training courses (EUC) and knowledge bases.
Creation, development and maintenance of software intended for the development, maintenance and targeted distribution of AAUs, accumulation of SOPO programs.
Promoting the creation of electronic knowledge bases, development, publication, maintenance of a Web portal for free and open software, promoting the creation of a virtual scientific and educational space based on knowledge management methodology.
Carrying out research innovative projects on e-knowledge management.
Analysis of the state and level of training of personnel for retraining and advanced training using digital technologies.
Providing consulting assistance on the development of informatization programs for the UOUP and MS.
Consultation of the university teaching staff on issues of informatization of educational and research work and electronic knowledge management to intensify the processes of implementation of technologies and systems of electronic education and electronic knowledge management.
Study and testing of recommended educational software, new information technologies, software, testing of new software
Providing assistance to management and teachers of KRSU in preparing analytical materials (portfolio) for the certification of AAUs, RPDs and knowledge assessment tools.
Coordination activities for the introduction of methods of electronic knowledge management and e-education at the university.
Development of interuniversity and industry cooperation on the problem of introducing electronic knowledge management.
Organization of training, information and practical seminars on the use of Digital Technologies in education.
UMKCTO carries out its activities in cooperation with the UOUP and MS, with the administration and with the educational, scientific, production and management divisions of the University.
As part of the UICCTO, there is a resource center (computer class) designed for organizing and conducting teaching staff training, research and methodological work of teaching staff, preparing electronic training courses and other materials according to the approved schedule, for creating an educational portal, as well as educational research work. The activities of the computer class are carried out according to plans approved by the director of the UITCCTO.
UMKCTO, represented by the head, bears full responsibility for the activities of UMKCTO.
UICCTO employees, in accordance with their official duties, are responsible for:
UMKCTO is created, reorganized and liquidated by order of the rector of the University.
The University provides UMKCTO with the necessary resources (financial, personnel, information, communication, etc.).
The head of the UMKCTO is appointed to the position and dismissed from it by order of the rector of the University.
Educational and scientific-educational laboratories for students, undergraduates, graduate students and teaching staff can be created as part of the UICCTO.
UICCTO is staffed by highly qualified specialists in areas related to the development or use of ICT. Along with permanent staffing, provision is made ¬for staffing ongoing projects on a contractual basis.
UICCTO's innovative activities are organized using a project approach
On the basis of the EMZ Center, now UMKCTO, an e-learning system for teaching staff has been introduced to create electronic training courses (EUC), taking into account the protection of copyrights and intellectual property rights. The system based on free and open source software (FOS) is designed to introduce innovative e-education technologies in KRSU.
The system allows you to create autonomous AAUs, electronic libraries and electronic tests, provides master classes for teaching staff on the development of electronic training courses (EUC) on the basis of the TsEMZ computer laboratory, a permanent updated Web portal on SOPO and a repository containing a large number of free programs, contribute to the implementation of licensed software products into the educational process.
