Information for applicants entering correspondence training using distance learning technologies (DOT)
When and how will documents be accepted?
Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, if they have an ORT certificate for the current year, are registered on the portal 2020.edu.gov.kg according to the ORT tour schedule.
Foreign citizens (who do not have ORT results) are registered on the portal edugate.edu.gov.kg
Necessary documents for admission to correspondence courses at KRSU
- a scanned copy of the passport;
- a scanned copy of a state-issued document on secondary general or secondary vocational education;
- electronic version of the photo measuring 3x4 cm;
- scanned copies of documents entitling you to claim special admission conditions and benefits;
- scanned copy of the ORT certificate (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic).
How can you enroll in correspondence courses after graduating from university?
If you have a state diploma of higher professional education, applicants citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic can be recommended for admission to the first year on a contract basis for undergraduate programs, subject to successful completion of a competitive selection on the portal study.krsu.kg excluding ORT results.
Part-time education using a DOT
The educational process using a bunker at the University is provided by computer classes equipped with personal computers, web cameras, projection equipment, software for accessing local and remote servers with educational information and working materials for participants in the educational process, as well as a local network with Internet access.
After enrollment and registration in the distance learning system, students study remotely (from home, office, etc.). During the semester, each student must complete current assignments and milestone control in each subject in accordance with the work curriculum and score the required number of points.
Twice a year there is a session at which the student must attend in person.
Duration of training
The period of study in correspondence form of training using a DOT is 5 years.
