26 April – International Intellectual Property Day
In 2001, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) declared April 26 a holiday for inventors, creators, authors, innovators, as well as those who protect their interests in such a difficult area as the field of intellectual property. Then the motto of the holiday became the words: «Today the future is being created».
This holiday is celebrated by everyone who has creative abilities: musicians and directors, writers and artists, designers and design engineers, scientists.
The holiday promotes a culture of respect among all citizens for creativity and innovation, which allows them to make a huge contribution to the economic and social development of society and the country.
This year, International Intellectual Property Day will be dedicated to the theme «IS and Youth: Innovation for the Future». Educating personnel capable of ensuring the innovative future of the country is an important task and it must be solved seriously and by everyone!
