Dean by vocation, poet and musician at heart
In the newspaper issue «Word from Kyrgyzstan»on December 1, 2021, an article was published on the International Scientific Forum on Current Issues of Medicine and Higher Medical Education and held in the large assembly hall of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
The event was timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the dean of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU, Professor Anes Gurgenovich Zarifyan. The conference was attended by employees of republican educational and scientific institutions, medical universities and research institutes of Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, students of KRSU.
Anes Gurgenovich Zarifyan carries out active social and educational activities as a member of the Union of Writers of Kyrgyzstan, bard, screenwriter and publicist. He is the author of more than 20 poetry books and a songbook, three discs of his own songs, a laureate and jury member of many foreign art song festivals, an honored worker of education and an honored cultural figure of Kyrgyzstan, an honorary worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation, winner of a number of state awards, an honorary citizen of Bishkek.
