Director of the IRA KRSU Mamed Tagaev spoke at a forum dedicated to teaching the Russian language
On December 10, the International Forum «Teaching the Russian language in the multispace of the Commonwealth countries: specifics, prospects, tasks» was held in Bishkek, which brought together more than 100 participants from the CIS countries.
This event became an open platform for the exchange of views on current issues of teaching the Russian language in the CIS countries. The forum brought together Russian language teachers and teachers from open education centers in Russian from Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Moldova, which made it possible to strengthen professional ties between teachers from the Commonwealth countries.
Due to the epidemiological situation in the world, the forum was held in a mixed face-to-face format. The grand opening of the forum took place at the Hotel Novotel Bishkek City Center. Teachers from local studios in other CIS countries joined the in-person events in Bishkek online.
The founder of this event was the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, and the organizer was – analytical agency «Smyslografiya».
The rich forum program included strategic sessions, lectures, round tables and master classes from recognized experts, scientists and practitioners in the field of teaching the Russian language abroad.

Sarsenova (head of the Department for Work with Teachers, excellent student in education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), V.A. Efremov (head of the Department of Russian Language, Russian State Pedagogical University named after. A.I. Herzen, St. Petersburg), M.M. Rovinskaya (member of the Orthographic Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow) and many others.
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University was represented at the forum by the director of the Russian Language Institute, Professor Mamed Tagaev. In his speech, he highlighted the current language situation in Kyrgyzstan and outlined specific problems of teaching the Russian language in schools in the republic.
At the end of the forum, all participants will receive personalized certificates.
