The admissions committee of KRSU summed up the results of admitting applicants to the 1st year for training in bachelor's and specialty programs.
A special feature of the 2021 admissions campaign was that, due to the epidemiological situation, all its stages were held remotely, with the exception of creative tests.
As a result, more than 1,600 yesterday's schoolchildren became students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin. Of these, more than 500 people will study on a budget basis. Among those admitted to the university, 167 people are citizens of 10 countries. Citizens of Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Palestine, China, Korea and France expressed a desire to study at the university.
The average ORT score for enrollment in the 1st year on a budgetary basis was 175 points, for a contract basis – 153 points.
The budget competition averaged 5 people per place. The greatest interest among 2021 applicants was generated by such areas and specialties as «General Medicine», «International Relations» and «Software Engineering». Two holders of ORT gold certificates chose the areas «Applied Mathematics and Computer Science» (ETF) and «Architectural Environment Design» (FADIS).
