Good traditions
For the second year in a row, residents of the Department of Forensic Medicine KRSU undergo on-site internship at the State Budgetary Institution of the Ryazan Region «Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination named after D. Mastbaum» in Ryazan (head – Denis Uslontsev).
Starting in winter 2022 as a pilot project for cooperation between the forensic practical base and the organization that trains higher professional training personnel, we can now talk about the constant cooperation of partner organizations, which involves:
- practical training and adaptation of KRSU medical faculty graduates to future professional activities;
- risk diversification of the host organization – preparation of the required study programs in the specialty;
- the graduates' confidence in future employment;
- confident mastery of the modern technical and software component;
- modern development of a new direction – mentoring.
During (I/2022, IV/2023) on-site practical training for residents of the Department of Forensic Medicine KRSU – Alexander Borodulin and Mikhail Fomin, as well as the head of residents Yulia Vychigzhanina at the State Budgetary Institution RO «Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination named after D. Mastbaum» – more than 100 forensic medical and medical-forensic examinations, pathological studies and forensic medical examinations.
This training (on-site practice) is an example of close (not paper) interaction, which has allowed residents and their mentors to accumulate a wealth of practical, modern experience, and cooperation between the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine KRSU and the State Budgetary Institution of the Ryazan Region «Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination named after D. Mastbaum» continues to strengthen and reach a new level.
