Aesthetic education of youth – on the front line in KRSU

Representatives of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg expressed gratitude to the head of the Youth Center for Culture and Creativity KRSU Galina Ketova for her contribution to the development of bilateral humanitarian cooperation between St. Petersburg and Kyrgyzstan, to preserving ties between Russian compatriots in Kyrgyzstan and their historical homeland.

In November 2022, a series of cultural and educational events «St. Petersburg meetings» took place in Bishkek and Osh, in the organization of which Honored Artist of Kyrgyzstan G. Ketova took part. An important part of the meetings was the awards ceremony for the winners of the creative festival-competition «St. Petersburg – Bishkek. Friendship Bridge», organized on the initiative of Galina Sergeevna. Member of the Government of St. Petersburg – Chairman of the Committee E. Grigoriev noted that holding such events for children and youth is extremely important for strengthening mutual understanding and friendship between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.

Let us remind you that prizes in an essay competition as part of the festival-competition «St. Petersburg – Bishkek. The Friendship Bridge» was won by students of the Faculty of Humanities KRSU – participants of the creative studio «Writing workshop "Echo of Atlantis"» Batyr Koichuev (1st place) and Anzhelika Ivanskaya (2nd place).

In addition, in December 2022, student A. Ivanskaya took 3rd place at the International Youth Competition «Horizon 2010»’22. The young writer won a prize in the «Science Fiction Works» category. Theme of her competition essay– «Reflections on Human Genetic Engineering: Risks and Prospects». The scientific supervisor of the bronze medalist of the competition was the head of the «Writing Workshop "Echo of Atlantis"» Konstantin Kondratenko, who recently received a corresponding certificate from the organizers of the large-scale competition.
