Evolution of the formation and development of the Kyrgyz state and civil service

The Department of Theory and State and Law of the Faculty of Law KRSU held a republican scientific and practical conference «Evolution of the formation and development of the Kyrgyz state and public service» dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region within the RSFSR.

The event was held as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region» dated October 24, 2023 № 270.

The conference was attended by leading scientists in the field of theory and history of state and law, as well as civil servants and experts in the field of public administration and public service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The main goal of the event is to create a platform for discussing current aspects of the development of the Kyrgyz state and public service. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of modern trends in public administration and public service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
