EURASIAN INTEGRATION IN NEW CONDITIONS: FEATURES AND PROSPECTS
On April 19-21, 2023, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Eurasian Integration in New Conditions: Features and Prospects" was held, organized by the Institute of Demographic Research (IDI) of the Federal Scientific Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The event was co-organized by: Expert Council on Intercultural Dialogue and Education in the Interests of Sustainable Development of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Scientific Council "Socio-political and demographic problems of the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)" under the Department of Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, Institute of Public Service and Management RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation, Russian State Social University (RGSU), ANO "Institute of Cross-Border Cooperation and Integration", etc.
The conference was attended by scientists from Armenia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, Macedonia, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and other countries.
The conference participants focused their attention on the issues of Eurasian integration in new conditions, determining its features and prospects.
The Plenary part of the conference was addressed by a Member of the Board (Minister) for Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Center for Eurasian Integration, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Professor S.YU. Glazyev, who in his video report on the topic "Eurasian integration: economics, politics, society" substantiated the prerequisites and consequences of integration and disintegration processes in the modern world.
The Director of the IAC "Issyk-Kul - Greater Eurasia", Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, spoke at the Plenary session A.A. Kocherbaeva on the topic "International analyst club "Issyk-Kul - Greater Eurasia" - as a subject of social integration.".
