The Department of Foreign Languages held a conference dedicated to innovative digital technologies
On April 28, at the Faculty of Humanities KRSU, the Department of Foreign Languages held an interfaculty student scientific and practical conference in English «Digital innovations and technologies in the modern world».
Students from the humanities and medicine faculties took part in the event. 18 reports were heard and discussed.
Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Humanities N. Baudinova and Head of the Department of Foreign Languages M. Yurchenko addressed the participants with opening remarks, wishing all the speakers success and victories.
Students prepared reports on one of the current topics of our time – innovative digital technologies and their application in various fields.
Doctors shared information about innovative digital technologies in dentistry, prosthetics, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, about improving the collection and accumulation of information that helps preserve people’s health, and digital equipment used in various fields of medicine.
Students of the Faculty of Humanities spoke about innovative digital technologies in advertising, marketing, economics, design and construction of smart homes, art, the creation of artificial intelligence and its application in the field of education, as well as in solving psychological problems, and 3D technologies in various fields.
The performances allowed students from the two faculties to expand their language knowledge.
Students were divided into 2 sections according to the topics of their reports. At the end of the conference, the winners were awarded diplomas for the best presentations.
In section 1, a 1st degree diploma was awarded to GF student Dmitry Minaev (GR-1-20) «3D Printing or Additive Manufacturing»; The 2nd degree diploma was won by GF student Vladimir Kobzev (GP-1-20) «Technology in mental health (CBT and EndeavorRX)»; the III degree diploma went to MF students Daria Kozadaeva and Akylai Kozhoeva (SD-2-21) «Digital Technologies in Dentistry».
In the 2nd section of the 1st degree diploma, students of the Faculty of Physics Aiganysh Aitbaeva and Irada Gasanova (PD-4-21) «A New Look at Innovative Technologies» were awarded; II degree diploma from GF students Asel Iskenova (GR-2-21) and Ayana Usenova (GR-1-21) «The Smart Home System»; the III degree diploma was awarded to students of the State Foundation Suigonbai kyzy Anara and Adelina Sadyrbekova (GR-2-21) «Digital Technologies in Marketing and Blogging».
All student speakers demonstrated a high level of training, good command of the English language and received memorable certificates of conference participants.
