KRSU sports tourism team will take part in the international «Touriad – 2026»

The team of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University will take part in the international sports and tourism camp «Turiad – 2026», which will be held from May 19 to 22 at the Khvalyn ski resort.«The Tourist Games» are being held for the thirteenth time and are one of the largest youth projects in the field of sports tourism in Russia and partner countries. This year the event will bring together about 700 participants — students, athletes, coaches, experts and volunteers from various regions of the Russian Federation, as well as delegations from foreign countries.As part of the program, participants will compete in walking, cycling and water distances, take part in sports and tourist relay races, an intellectual marathon and an interregional art song competition «Music of Hearts». There will also be a competition for the best development of an interregional tourist route in the Volga Federal District.The participation of the KRSU team in «Turiad» will be an opportunity to represent the university and Kyrgyzstan on an international platform, exchange experiences with participants from other countries and regions, and also strengthen cooperation in the field of youth, sports and educational tourism.The project is being implemented with the support of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov and is aimed at developing youth tourism, popularizing an active lifestyle and developing professional competencies in the field of sports tourism.
