Space phenomenon of Kyrgyzstan

On April 11 at 16:30 at the Russian House in Bishkek (Erkindik Blvd., 2/1) a meeting “Earth is the cradle of humanity” dedicated to Cosmonautics Day will take place.

• A lecture by Leonid Sumarokov, Advisor to the Rector of KRSU on issues of historical and cultural heritage, entitled “How Yuri Gagarin created the space phenomenon of Kyrgyzstan” will talk about the republic’s contribution to the study and exploration of space.

We invite everyone to take part in the discussion and immerse themselves in the fascinating world of astronautics. Leonid Sumarokov, a candidate of historical sciences, will reveal secrets related to the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin and his visit to Kyrgyzstan in 1964.
