KRSU and the Central Research Institute of Health of the Russian Ministry of Health discussed the creation of a partnership center and the development of patient-oriented healthcare

A working meeting of representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Central Research Institute for Organization and Informatization of Healthcare» of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (TsNIIOIZ) and KRSU took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The event was a continuation of the cooperation that began in April 2026 as part of agreements to develop joint educational, scientific and practical projects in the field of healthcare.The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, experts from the Central Research Institute of Health of the Ministry of Health of Russia, representatives of the medical and humanities faculties of KRSU, the university clinic and the Center for Social Research.The central topic of discussion was the implementation of measures to increase public satisfaction with the provision of medical care in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the introduction of modern patient-oriented approaches to the activities of medical organizations.Representatives of TsNIIOIZ presented Russian experience in implementing the standard of a medical organization management system aimed at increasing patient satisfaction with medical care («STIMUL»). The project is already being implemented in a number of regions of the Russian Federation and includes a comprehensive assessment of medical organizations, analysis of patient routes, work with feedback, personnel training and subsequent certification of institutions.During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of launching a pilot project on the basis of medical organizations in Kyrgyzstan with subsequent certification of institutions by the end of 2026. Particular attention was paid to the formation of a patient-oriented environment, reducing the number of complaints, increasing patient loyalty and improving the internal processes of medical organizations.One of the key study programs interactions could be the creation of a TsNIIOIZ partner center based on KRSU. It is planned to form a university project team that will undergo theoretical and practical training under the guidance of Russian specialists and will participate in the implementation of joint projects in the field of public health and healthcare organization.Issues of developing the human resources potential of the healthcare system were also discussed. The parties considered the possibility of holding joint educational programs and interactive sessions for heads of medical organizations and industry specialists. Projects of the International Center for Improving National Health Systems, including the International School of Leaders and Organizers of Healthcare of the CIS, which will be held in September 2026 in Moscow, aroused particular interest.In addition, the meeting participants discussed the prospects for joint scientific research, publication activity, exchange of experience between specialists from the two countries, development of additional professional education programs and the use of digital solutions in the field of healthcare.Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their interest in further developing cooperation and expressed their readiness to begin preparing an agreement on interaction. The implementation of joint projects will make it possible to combine the educational, scientific and practical potential of KRSU and TsNIIOIZ to develop a modern healthcare system focused on the needs of patients and the training of highly qualified personnel.
