KRSU and «Kyrgizaltyn» are exploring new opportunities for students

A working meeting was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with representatives of OJSC «Kyrgyzaltyn» and the Union of Subsoil Users of Kyrgyzstan. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of OJSC «Kyrgyzaltyn» Aisha Karpayeva and General Director of the Union of Subsoil Users of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Maralaev.The main topic of the negotiations was the implementation of the memorandum of cooperation previously signed within the framework of the Mountain Forum «Leadership Strategy in the New Reality».The parties discussed issues of organizing practical training for KRSU students at the country's leading mining enterprises. In particular, they discussed the formation of a list of students interested in completing internships, as well as the mechanisms for their distribution among specialized enterprises in the industry.As the meeting participants noted, one of the key tasks is to train specialists with not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience of working at modern production sites.During the negotiations, issues of holding joint meetings and company presentations for students, organizing guest lectures and technical visits to production facilities were also discussed. In addition, the prospects for implementing joint educational and research projects were discussed.The parties paid special attention to the development of dual education and training, taking into account the current needs of the mining industry of Kyrgyzstan.Following the meeting, the participants agreed to prepare specific proposals for each of the study programs cooperation. It is expected that joint work will expand the opportunities for professional training and employment of KRSU students.
