KRSU and «MBANK» signed a cooperation agreement
Today in Bishkek an agreement on strategic cooperation was signed between «MBANK» and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU).
The new agreement lays the foundation for mutually beneficial cooperation, the purpose of which is to create conditions for improving the quality of education at KRSU and the subsequent employment of its graduates in the bank. The main attention will be paid to organizing internships, practical classes and joint educational projects.
Ulan Dzhanbolotov «We are ready to develop professionals from the first year»
In his speech, Ulan Dzhanbolotov emphasized the importance of such cooperation: «Our bank — is one of the largest in Kyrgyzstan, and we are interested in training qualified personnel. We are ready to develop specialists from the first year, providing them not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with the opportunity to get acquainted with real banking practice».
KRSU as a key educational partner
Denis Fomin-Nilov, rector of KRSU, noted that the university is in the process of modernization and is actively developing cooperation with industrial partners. «KRSU — this is a university with a special status and we are glad that «MBANK» has chosen us as a partner. We are confident that joint efforts will help our students become sought-after specialists», he said.
Svetlana Antonova: «We are going in parallel with business»
Svetlana Antonova, Vice-Rector for Strategic Communications at KRSU, also emphasized the importance of the partnership: «Russia and Kyrgyzstan — strategic partners, and it is important for us to produce specialists whose knowledge and skills will be relevant on the market. We want to go in parallel with business so that our graduates are ready for modern challenges».
Real cases and digital technologies
Natalya Brovko, dean of the Faculty of Economics of KRSU, expressed hope for fruitful cooperation: «We are looking forward to live cases from the bank and the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process. Our doors are always open for such initiatives».
A step towards new opportunities
The signing of this agreement opens up new opportunities for KRSU students. As part of the cooperation, the bank will provide students with the opportunity to undergo internships in its structural divisions, which will help them better understand the specifics of working in the financial sector and gain the skills necessary for employment.
