KRSU and NCTC increase cooperation in training of medical personnel

On the sidelines of the Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum, KRSU and the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy (NCTC) named after Academician Mirsaid Mirrakhimov signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of medical education, science and practical healthcare.The document was signed by the rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov and the director of the NCTC Talant Eraliev.The memorandum creates the basis for long-term cooperation between the university and a leading scientific and clinical center, combining medical education, scientific research and clinical practice.For students and young professionals of KRSU, this is primarily an expansion of practical training opportunities. The document provides for clinical training, educational and industrial practice, internships and mentoring, as well as the participation of leading specialists in lectures, practical classes, clinical analyzes and master classes.Separate direction — joint scientific work. KRSU and NCTC plan to conduct research, participate in national and international grant projects, prepare joint publications and support young scientists. The partnership also provides for the development of clinical residency, graduate studies, doctoral studies and continuing medical education.The collaboration will also cover digital medicine: telemedicine and diagnostic technologies, medical information systems, artificial intelligence and biomedical data analysis.Partnership with NCTC will allow KRSU to strengthen the practical component of medical education, more closely link the training of future doctors with the clinical environment and expand the opportunities for students, teachers and young scientists for professional and research work.
