KRSU and PSU named after. Sholom Aleichem are strengthening cooperation in the field of career support for students and graduates

On September 22, 2025, a working meeting was held in the main building of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with Natalya Bogachenko, Vice-Rector for Research and Education of PSU named after. Sholom Aleichem (g. Birobidzhan, Jewish Autonomous Region).

The main topics of discussion were the development of the KRSU Alumni Association, improving the work of career and employment centers, as well as the introduction of new formats of interaction between universities and graduates to support the career growth of students and young professionals.

The parties exchanged experience in effectively supporting graduates at the start of their professional journey, discussed current approaches to the formation of supraprofessional competencies (soft skills) among students and agreed to expand joint initiatives.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on closer partnerships in the field of career development and mentoring, which will allow universities to pool resources to create a single space of opportunities for students and graduates.

This meeting was another step towards strengthening network cooperation between universities and developing practice-oriented programs that help young professionals confidently enter the profession.
