KRSU and RSU SotsTech: A new vector for the development of inclusive education
KRSU signed a cooperation agreement with the Russian State University of Social Technologies (RSU SotsTech). The delegation led by the rector of the Russian State University of Social Technology Igor Mikhalev held a working meeting at which the prospects for joint projects and initiatives were discussed.
The visit also included a presentation of the work of a network of training centres focused on training and support for persons with disabilities. This project aims to increase the accessibility of education for all segments of the population and create a comfortable learning environment for students with special needs.
Rector of KRSU, Denis Fomin-Nilov, commented on the event: "The signing of an agreement with RSU SotsTech opens up new horizons for our students and teachers. We are confident that our cooperation will contribute to the development of inclusive education and will allow us to implement many significant projects.'
Rector of RSU SotsTech, Igor Mikhalev, noted: "We are pleased to strengthen our ties with KRSU and work together on projects that will make education more accessible and inclusive. Joint efforts will allow us to create comfortable conditions for the education of all students, regardless of their capabilities. The cooperation agreement — is not just a formality, but an important step towards strengthening and developing joint educational and scientific potential. I am convinced that our cooperation will not only enrich the two educational institutions, but will also contribute to the development of inclusive higher education in both the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic.'
It is especially worth noting that RSU SotsTech has unique and significant experience in the field of inclusive education. This is the only university in Russia where people with disabilities mainly study, which makes it an important partner in improving the accessibility and quality of education for everyone. The signing of the agreement was an important step in strengthening academic and social ties between KRSU and RSU SotsTech. It is expected that cooperation will lead to the implementation of many projects aimed at improving the educational process and developing inclusive education in our universities.
