KRSU took part in the V Eurasian Scientific and Practical School
From October 18 to October 27, 2024, the Faculty of Economics of RUDN University organized the V Eurasian Scientific and Practical School with the topic «Space of the World Economy: Ideas, Strategies, Interaction», which was held in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty. This year KRSU took part online in this event
As a result of the school, a team representing the Republic of Belarus received a first degree diploma with the project "Export of tractors from Belarus to Zimbabwe.".
The team representing the Republic of Belarus included Victoria Borisenko, a student of the Faculty of Economics of the EMM-1-22 group
During the project, a large-scale task was solved in such a short time:
•An analysis of the global, regional, and country market conditions was carried out (market conditions, PESTLE analysis, factor analysis of the environment, determination of risks and advantages, etc.).
• A marketing plan has been drawn up (sales channels, ways to promote goods abroad, and so on).
• The availability of financial and non-financial measures to support exports at the national level and in the EAEU as a whole has been determined.
•An organizational plan has been formed (choosing the company’s method «presence» abroad, methods of searching and interacting with foreign partners, methods of organizing supplies, and so on) and a financial plan (calculating the company’s main indicators for three years, the project (NPV, IRR, break-even point, payback period, cash flows for three years, and so on)
•An approximate list of necessary documents for the transaction has been prepared (declarations, certificates of conformity, an example of an agreement between the parties, and so on).
The defense of projects took place in a hybrid format, and each participant, regardless of the form of participation, could complement the speech.
