KRSU took part in the XXVIII Moses Readings
On March 3, employees, teachers, graduate students and students of KRSU took part in the section online – Moscow – Minsk – Bishkek – Donetsk «Belgrade) Theoretical heritage of V.I. Vernadsky and N. N. Moiseev in the modern scientific picture of the world and in education for sustainable development», held within the framework of the traditional Moiseev Readings – International Scientific and Practical Conference «N. N. Moiseev about Russia in the 21st century: global challenges, risks and solutions».
The organizers were the Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAN) for the study of the scientific heritage of Academician N. N. Moiseev, the Scientific Council for Environmental Education of the Russian Academy of Education (RAO), the International State Ecological Institute named after A. D. Sakharov of the Belarusian State University, the International Independent Ecological and Political Science University (Moscow), UNESCO Chairs (MSU named after M.V. Lomonosov and RAO) within the framework of a pilot project «Interregional Network Partnership: Learning to live sustainably in a global world: Ecology. Health. Security» (Moscow – Tomsk).
Moiseev Readings – 2020 are held on March 2-6 in an expanded format as a scientific and practical conference on a wide range of current scientific problems of a natural science, social, humanitarian and eco-political nature with parallel work of sections in organizations of science and education, where N. N. Moiseev worked, therefore, the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow Humanitarian University (Moscow State University), and the A. A. Computer Center were chosen as scientific platforms for the conference. Dorodnitsyn RAS.
Section № 1 worked on March 3 online via video Internet (Skype) with the participation of the scientific community of the Environmental Educational Center «Sparrow Hills» (Moscow), the International State Ecological Institute named after A. D. Sakharov (Belarusian State University, Minsk), Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (Bishkek), Donetsk National Technical University and the National Council of Trade and Industry of Serbia (Belgrade).
The conference organizers invited the section participants to hold discussions within the following study programs:
• A modern picture of the world in the light of the scientific heritage of Academician N. N. Moiseev
• The evolution of environmental views: from V.I. Vernadsky BC Moiseev
• Scientific heritage of V.I. Vernadsky and N. N. Moiseev and the modern world
• Universal evolutionism and the concept of coevolution by N. N. Moiseev for understanding the modern picture of the world
• Russia in the context of global environmental challenges and risks: environmental and natural resource problems and ways to solve them
• Environmental and moral imperatives of N. N. Moiseev in education for sustainable development
• Pedagogical experience in popularizing sustainable development goals
• System «TEACHER»: ECO-generation, ECO-teachers (based on the results of the First All-Russian Forum of Scientific and Pedagogical Developments on Education for Sustainable Development «Environmental education as a platform for promoting the ideas of sustainable development in general education»)
• The place of professional environmental education in the formation of a modern scientific picture of the world
Those gathered were welcomed by the Vice-Rector of KRSU, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences V. M. Lelevkin, who emphasized the significant contribution of RAS Academician Nikita Nikolaevich Moiseev to the development of methodological problems of interaction between man, nature and society, his role as the founder of scientific schools of mathematical modeling, ecophilosophy and environmental education.
The work of the section was continued by Doctor of Philosophy, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Humanities KRSU A. Ch. Kakeev, who spoke about the heuristic significance of the concept of universal evolutionism by N. N. Moiseev. Professor of the Department of Physical Processes of Mining Production, Faculty of Natural Sciences, KRSU N. M. Kalinina made a report «The Future of Humanity in the Context of Universal Evolutionism, Synergetics and the Teachings of the Noosphere»; Head of the Youth Policy Department of KRSU D. A. Brusilovsky structured his speech within the framework of the topic «The Future of Modern Civilization»; Graduate student of the Department of Philosophy R. Kalski (Warsaw) revealed the foundations of the theory of universal evolutionism N. N. Moiseev and considered its problems in the context of modern philosophy of nature.
Professor of the Department of Philosophy N.I. also took part in the discussion. Osmonova «The moral and ethical meaning of the environmental imperative of N. N. Danilchenko «Preservation of the values of nomadic traditions in the context of globalization (using the example of Kyrgyzstan)»; Associate Professor of the Department of Advertising and Public Relations R.
