KRSU held career guidance meetings in Issyk-Kul
Representatives of the humanities, natural sciences and technology faculties and the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University held career guidance meetings with school graduates of the Issyk-Kul region.
The events took place in schools in the cities of Balykchy, Cholpon-Aty, Karakol, as well as the villages of Bosteri, Kurumdy, Grigorievka, Semenovka and Ananyevo. Their organizers were the dean of the Faculty of Humanities Amangeldy Bekbalaev, the dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology German Lotsev, the head of the Department of Mechanics Nikita Komartsov, the associate professor of the Department of Road Transport Mirlan Alseitov, and the head of the Department of Construction Amanbek Akmatov.
Over 600 school graduates took part in the meetings. Schoolchildren were interested in the procedure for entering the university, areas of training, and conditions of study.
«Our university understands the importance of schoolchildren’s conscious choice of their future profession. We know that sometimes this can be difficult for the guys. Therefore, we take advantage of every opportunity to communicate with children directly in schools," noted German Lotsev, executive secretary of the KRSU admissions committee. – This allows you to establish trusting relationships and demonstrate the university’s readiness to help you choose the right direction of study. It should be noted that the guys are not shy at such meetings, ask questions, and receive answers. Our team is pleased with the results of our work in the Issyk-Kul region. We invite all graduates to enroll in our university. In this regard, an Open Day» is planned for mid-March.
