KRSU has graduated more than 60 foreign doctors: a solemn ceremony was held at the university
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University hosted a graduation ceremony for foreign students of the Faculty of Medicine. This year, the university has graduated about 67 qualified specialists from India who have successfully completed six years of study and are ready to begin professional activities in the healthcare sector.
The ceremony took place in the university assembly hall and brought together teachers, students, parents and guests. Stanislav Kulikov, Vice-Rector for Youth and Information Policy of KRSU, addressed the graduates with a welcoming speech. He congratulated the young doctors on graduating from university and noted:
«Today we are releasing young doctors into the big life who will make a significant contribution to the development of healthcare. You have chosen one of the noblest professions and we are proud of each of you».
Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Bakir Kakeev also delivered parting words. He emphasized the high level of training of students and expressed confidence in their successful professional careers:
«You have gone through serious academic and clinical school. We believe that the knowledge gained at KRSU will be a solid foundation for your medical practice».
A particularly exciting moment was the graduates’ recitation of the Hippocratic Oath — a symbol of loyalty to medical duty and responsibility to patients.
After the official part, graduates received diplomas and awards for excellent studies, participation in scientific projects and active life at the university. The ceremony ended with applause, memorable photos and words of gratitude from graduates to teachers and the university.
This issue was another confirmation of the high international level of training of specialists at KRSU and the importance of the university as a center of educational attraction for students from all over the world.
