Kyrgyz Universitarium Strategist
On November 24, in the context of the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference «Theory and Practice of Strategizing», a session «Kyrgyz University Strategist» was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin.
The event was organized by the International Analytical Club «Issyk-Kul – Greater Eurasia», the Department of Management KRSU, the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy of Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov, the Interdisciplinary Scientific and Educational School of Moscow University «Mathematical Methods of Analysis of Complex Systems» and the Center for Strategic Studies Institute for Mathematical Research of Complex Systems Moscow State University.
acting The first vice-rector of KRSU German Lotsev and the leading Russian scientist in the field of theory and methodology of strategizing, academician, professor Vladimir Kvint addressed the participants with a welcoming speech (video message).
Among the expert speakers of the plenary session – First Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alena Arshinova, Head of the Center for Social Policy Research National Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Alexey Kulinsky, expert of the Institute for Economic Policy Research under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Kutman Bozgunbaev, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, professor, UN expert Vladimir Lopatin, deputy of the V and II convocations of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, former Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic Roza Aknazarova, Deputy Secretary General of the Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Mikhail Fedorov, Professor of the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy of the Moscow School of Lomonosov Moscow State University Irina Novikova.
Then the session continued in three sections: «Regional strategizing of Kyrgyzstan», «Industry and corporate strategizing of Kyrgyzstan» and «Education strategy». Participants of the event – scientific and pedagogical workers, representatives of domestic and foreign universities, schools, government officials and young scientists – held a discussion and discussed current issues of strategizing.
