Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University has successfully passed accreditation by an independent commission «Bilim-Standard»
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University confirmed the high level of quality of education by successfully passing the independent accreditation procedure organized by the National Commission «Bilim-Standard». As part of the audit, a group of 22 experts from Kyrgyzstan and neighboring countries assessed the compliance of KRSU educational programs with national and international standards.
Accreditation covered 30 educational programs, united in 16 cluster study programs, in 6 faculties of the university. Experts conducted a comprehensive analysis of the educational process, visiting all faculties and departments, assessing the level of teaching, the quality of curricula, human resources, as well as the interaction of the university with employers and graduates. During the procedure, interviews were organized with teachers, staff, students and employers in order to objectively assess the level of training of specialists and their demand in the market.
During accreditation, special attention was paid to teaching methods, digitalization of the educational process, ensuring academic mobility of students, as well as the use of practice-oriented approaches to teaching. Based on the results of the commission’s work, it was noted that KRSU’s educational programs meet the requirements of the labor market and international educational standards, which emphasizes the high competitiveness of university graduates.
Acting Rector of KRSU Sergey Volkov emphasized the importance of accreditation for the university:
«Entering independent accreditation – is not just a formal procedure, but an important stage in the development of the university. It allows us not only to confirm the quality of education, but also to identify growth areas that will help us improve educational programs. We strive to constantly improve the level of student training, taking into account modern challenges and requirements of employers. Successful accreditation demonstrates that KRSU remains one of the leading educational centers in the region».
Based on the results of accreditation, the university will continue to work to modernize educational programs, expand international cooperation, introduce advanced educational technologies and strengthen research activities. On behalf of the university, expert Rakhat Beisebaev took an active part in organizing and supporting the accreditation procedure. He noted that the recommendations of the expert commission will be taken into account in the further development strategy of KRSU.
Passing accreditation – is a significant step confirming the high level of training of specialists at KRSU, its competitiveness and readiness for new challenges in the educational process.
