Lecture from a banking expert at the Faculty of Economics
Today on economic faculty KRSU within the framework of discipline «Money, credit, banks» there was a fascinating lecture on the topic «Innovative products in banking», which I carried out Zhanbolot Zholoshov, Deputy Director of the Marketing and PR Department Mbanka.
The speaker told the students about
• the role of data in marketing
• islamic lending (MIslamik),
• uniqueness and services of Mbank (MTravel, MInvest, MTicket, MProfi),
• customer retention and brand building
• features of advertising on TV, radio, LED and digital platforms.
The interactive part of the lecture featured two competitions:
1. On logic — put the action plan in order.
2. On creativity — participants in teams created a new product, came up with a promotion strategy and calculated the campaign budget.
The winners received movie tickets from Mbank!
At the end of the meeting, she made a speech of gratitude Ivakova Zeynep Avazovna, noting the contribution of the speaker and the benefit of the lecture to students.
