Memorandum of cooperation: "Alliance Altyn" opens its doors to students of KRSU!
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and the gold mining company Alliance Altyn signed a memorandum of cooperation, which is aimed at strengthening the integration of education, science and practice.
As part of the signing ceremony of the memorandum, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Konstantin Mogilevsky expressed gratitude for this significant step: «The memorandum is based on the principles of mutually beneficial cooperation and is aimed at joint development in the field of education, scientific research and innovation. The Altyn Alliance company pays special attention to humanitarian projects, including training of specialists and their subsequent employment, which will contribute to the development of the national economy of Kyrgyzstan».
Deputy Head of the Office of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation for Interregional and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries - Anton Rybakov noted in his speech: «KRSU needed a large-scale reorganization. Today we see its fruits. The university will receive new infrastructure. Today the issue is the construction of a new campus. This is one of the key study programs. Cooperation with industrial partners — is not an integral part of the university’s work. Today, the university — is not an ivory tower where specialists are trained without address. The university today is finding its mission, its goal for the benefit of economic development».
Rector of KRSU Denis Fomin-Nilov noted: «As part of the cooperation, it is planned to open joint laboratories, career guidance work with schoolchildren and targeted enrollment of students at the university with the participation of the company’s financial and organizational resources. Internships, training-industrial and pre-graduate practices for students are also provided, which will become a starting point for new ideas and projects».
Cooperation also includes joint research and development to improve technological processes. The company will provide targeted training for the most talented applicants with subsequent employment, which will motivate young people to enroll and study at the university.
Head «Alliance Altyn» Rakhmatov Sabir emphasized: «Employees «Alliance Altyn» will study, undergo professional training and improve their qualifications at KRSU. University students will be able to travel to Jerooy for internships, and graduates –to train at the production site».
In conclusion, the parties expressed their intention to work together to ensure sustainable development and environmental protection, as well as to implement social projects. This step will enable the institution and the company to move forward, exploring new horizons of knowledge and practice, and together build a future where education and industry are closely linked to achieve progress and well-being in society.
