The conference participants raised issues of the consequences for Eurasian integration following the results of new types of migration flows that have emerged in the Eurasian space in recent years.
The Plenary part of the conference was addressed by a Member of the Board (Minister) for Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Center for Eurasian Integration, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Professor S.YU. Glazyev, who in his video report on the topic "Eurasian integration: economics, politics, society" substantiated the prerequisites and consequences of integration and disintegration processes in the modern world.

- section «Return migration and emigration from Russia to Kyrgyzstan: dynamics, causes and everyday practices» (moderators – T. Yudina, A. Kocherbaeva).
