International strategic sessions «We won Together in the name of Peace and Harmony»
The International Strategic Session «We won Together in the name of Peace and Harmony» was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The event was part of the preparations for the International Peacekeeping Forum «Heavenly Mountains of Civilizations 2050», which will take place in May on the shores of Issyk-Kul.
The session was organized by the Assemblies of the Peoples of Eurasia, Africa, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, as well as the Ministries of Education, Culture and other spheres of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participants included representatives of science, culture and business, public figures and experts from different countries.
The main purpose of the session was to discuss plans for celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Victory and the 70th anniversary of the creation of the Baikonur Cosmodrome. Issues of preserving historical memory and honoring war and labor heroes were also raised.
Particular attention was paid to the story of Toktogon Altybasarova, who received 160 children from besieged Leningrad, and the role of women in supporting the front. This story, like many other examples of dedication, inspires the International Action «Heroics of Labor – honoring home front workers».
As part of the anniversary of Baikonur, participants discussed the development of space research. Baikonur — is not only history, but also the future, where technology helps monitor the climate and develop medicine
One of the key initiatives was a proposal to organize a global dance flash mob «Victory Waltz 2025», which will unite people around the world in honor of the end of World War II.
The session ended with the adoption of a resolution, which, after finalization, will be sent to the governments of the participating countries. Participants emphasized the importance of unity, cultural heritage preservation and peacekeeping efforts for the future.
