International forum – a clear result of scientific cooperation between universities in Russia and Kyrgyzstan
Institute of Russian Language of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after. P. Lumumba in partnership with the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after. The first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin was held from October 3 to October 5, 2024 II International linguistic and cultural forum «Lingvoculturology in the age of innovation: expectations and opportunities, models and practices».
The forum was dedicated to discussing the theoretical and applied aspects of linguoculturology in the twentieth centuryI I v. – the current direction of modern science about a person studying such a phenomenon as the relationship between language and culture. The main content of modern linguoculturology, according to the main organizer and inspirer of this event, Professor V.V. Vorobyov, is the triad language – culture – person.

Lumumba; Vladimir Tolstoy, president of the International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (MAPRYAL), President of the Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (ROPRYAL); Mamed Tagaev, professor, director Institute of Russian Language named after. A.O. Orusbaev Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after. First President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin, honored Education Worker of the Kyrgyz Republic, President of the National Association of Russian Studies of Kyrgyzstan; Pavel Shevtsov, deputy Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Affairs humanitarian cooperation; Tatiana Mlechko, chairman of the Moldavian Society of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (MOPRYAL), member of the Presidium of MAPRYAL; Nikolay Alefirenko, Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Russian Literature of Belgorod State National Research University, honored scientist of the Russian Federation.
The event attracted a lot of attention, with more than 750 registered listeners and participants. Leading linguists from Russia, near and far abroad took part in the forum. Among them V.V. Vorobiev, V.A. Maslova, V.M. Mokienko, M.V. Kovshova, V.V. Krasnykh, V.I. Karasik et al.

The constant moderator of the key meetings of the International Forum was Doctor of Philology, Professor D.S. Sknarev. As Professor V.V. noted. Vorobyov, linguoculturology – is the most promising direction in the science of language and man, which meets the verbosity and trends in the development of modern scientific and methodological knowledge.
