International Marathon «Run the Silk Road – SCO 2026»

KRSU student Alisher Toktosunov (EPM-1-25 group) took part in the international marathon «Run the Silk Road – SCO 2026».As part of the race, which took place in the city of Cholpon-Ata on the coast of Lake Issyk-Kul, he covered the classic marathon distance of 42 km and was awarded a commemorative finisher medal.The marathon is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the SCO and annually attracts thousands of participants from all over the world. This year, more than 3,000 people took to the start line — professional athletes and running enthusiasts. Participants were offered distances of 3, 10, 21 and 42 kilometers, as well as Nordic walking competitions.Congratulations to Alisher Toktosunov on his worthy result and wish him new sporting achievements!
