The youth of the Kyrgyz Republic discussed modern challenges of international humanitarian law
december 2, Department of International and Constitutional Law KRSU together with National Red Crescent Society of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted it mezhvuzovskwow studentwow scientific and practicalwow conferencesyu: «Modern challenges of international humanitarian law: issues of theory and practice».
The event was dedicated 30th anniversary of the formation of KRSU and 25th anniversary – of the Faculty of Law.
The purpose of the conference – development research activities of students spreade and popularizationi am scientific knowledge in the field of international humanitarian law.
At the opening of the conference, d. made a welcoming speechekan of the Faculty of Law KRSU, Professor B. Tugelbaeva, specialist in IHL and legal issues of the NOCP of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdumomun K.Salima.
Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Scientific Work N. Tursunbaeva moderated the event.
23 participants made scientific presentations at the conference – KRSU STUDENTS, Academiesand MIA KR and Diplomaticoi academiaand MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC.
It should be noted the high level of reports submitted, as well as the participants’ knowledge of IHL norms. Based on the results of the conference, students were awarded valuable prizes, diplomas and certificates:
Diploma I I degrees, certificate from a bookstore «Rarity» in the amount of 2000 soms, textbook on IHL – students of the Faculty of Law KRSU M. Maksatov (subject of the report: «The role of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the development of international humanitarian law») and B. Sulkaidarova (subject of message: «Cyberwarfare as a challenge to international humanitarian law»).
Diploma II degrees and a certificate from a bookstore «Rarity» in the amount of 2000 soms – student Academiesand MIA KR A. Zhakypova (subject of the report: «Safety concerns for medical and sanitary personnel»;
Diploma III degrees and a certificate from a bookstore «Rarity» in the amount of 1000 soms – law student KRSU A. Begaliev (subject of the report: «International humanitarian law and i amsod weapon».
