Youth policy in action – joint efforts to combat climate change

On 13 November, a round table was held in Bishkek on the theme “Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan: youth policy in action – joint efforts to combat climate change”. The event was attended by representatives of both countries, who discussed important issues of ecology, youth policy and strengthening friendly ties between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan.

Speakers at the event were deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of public associations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, activists and project leaders working in the field of ecology and youth policy.

Among the speakers from the youth parliament was law student Arsen Bolotov.

The event ended with the signing of a memorandum and the presentation of certificates to the participants.
