An anniversary international scientific and practical conference of forensic doctors and morphologists was held in Issyk-Kul
In c/o Simiram (s. Korumdu, Yssyk-Kul region, Kyrgyzstan) took place VII International scientific and practical conference «Current state and prospects for the development of forensic medicine and morphology in the context of the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union – 2023».
The event was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B. Yeltsin.
Among the countries participating in the conference: Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Belarus. The organizers were KRSU named after. B. Yeltsin, Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education Russian National Research Medical University named after N. Pirogov (Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation), Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I. Akhunbaeva (MZ KR), Federal State Budgetary Institution Russian Center for Forensic Medical Examination (MZ RF), Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Forensic Medical Examination of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MZ RUz), State Budgetary Institution RO «Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination named after D. Mastbaum» (MZ RO).
The conference was solemnly opened by Advisor to the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Samatbek Toimatov, who congratulated all participants and guests of the event. On behalf of the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulnara Baatyrova, for many years of scientific and pedagogical fruitful work, employees of the Department of Forensic Medicine KRSU were awarded: Vladislav Nabiev – Honorary Badge of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic «Excellent Student of Health Care» and Yulia Vychigzhanina – Certificate of Honorary Legion of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the plenary part of the conference, welcoming words were made by the director of the RCSME of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Suyun Kasymov, the director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Medical Sciences of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus Alisher Iskandarov, the vice-rector of the IPKiPK of the State Medical University of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Vitkovsky, the professor of the Kazakh National Medical University Asya Dyusembayeva, the head of the BSME of the Ryazan region (RF) Denis Uslontsev, the chief expert of the Center for Medical Sciences of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanar Itbaeva, the head of the RBSME (Tatarstan) Marat Timerzyanov, the head of the department of the Andijan State Medical Institute Zafar Kakharov head of the BSME of the Tver Region (RF) Alexander Makhlis, deputy, local historian, forensic expert of the Tver Region, member of the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation Alexey Seryakov.
With a report «Brief essay on the history of the development of the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine KRSU. Nurlan Ismailov, Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU, spoke on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of KRSU».
76 scientists and practitioners gathered on the shore of the pearl of the Kyrgyz land – Lake Ysyk-Kul –. The Faculty of Medicine of KRSU was represented by forensic doctors, pathological anatomists, pathological physiologists, normal and topographic anatomists, surgical surgeons, and dentists. During the 4 days of the conference, 46 reports and 2 poster presentations were heard.
The conference was also attended by Mikhail Dukhanin (faculty of natural sciences and technology KRSU) and Taalaibek Shamurzaev (Faculty of Law KRSU).
In addition to scientific and practical measures, the conference participants also took part in cultural «forays» – a trip to the local history museum of the city of Cholpon-Ata and to the Semenovskoye Gorge (director – Alexey Seryakov).
