For the first time, joint dissertations were defended at the Department of Road Transport
Recently, at the Department of Road Transport KRSU, joint interdepartmental final qualifying papers for bachelors were defended for the first time.
The authors of the first thesis «Improving the efficiency of international road freight transport», Ekaterina Nikitina (Department of Economics and Enterprise Management) and Tatyana Zelenina we reviewed the existing problems faced by domestic freight transport companies at the international level. The work was based on the development of a set of recommendations and solutions aimed at optimizing freight transportation processes. The authors proposed the use of new technologies and innovative approaches, such as automation and digitalization of processes, the use of modern cargo transportation management systems, route optimization and vehicle selection.
The results obtained indicate that the implementation of the proposed activities and recommendations helps to increase the efficiency of international freight transport. This, in turn, helps reduce cargo delivery time, reduce transportation costs and improve the quality of customer service. The results of the study can be used to optimize activities and achieve competitive advantages of Kyrgyzstan in the market.
The project leaders were Associate Professor Mirlan Alseitov and Senior Lecturer Tatyana Amidi.
The second thesis was devoted to a project for operational environmental monitoring and the development of a car service station with a post for reducing exhaust gas toxicity.
One of the authors of the study, Yaroslav Smetankin, examined the existing problems faced by countries dealing with transport environmental problems. The work is based on the development of a set of recommendations and solutions aimed at reducing the toxicity of exhaust gases. The author proposes the use of new technologies, such as various hybrid installations, the development of biofuels, the use of modern systems in cars such as: AdBlue system, particulate filters, catalysts, exhaust gas recirculation systems. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the implementation of the proposed measures and recommendations helps to increase environmental safety in the country. The second author was Shakhzod Akhmedzhanov (IVT department). He developed the client side of software designed to accumulate data on ambient air pollution in a site-specific manner.
