A call center has opened at the KRSU medical faculty

Currently, many teachers and residents of KRSU have joined the fight against the pandemic, and on the basis of the Faculty of Medicine they have managed to implement the idea of creating their own call center. Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Associate Professor Elena Radchenko found 18 people willing to participate in this project.

5th-6th year students and several residents united into an online advisory group and, under the leadership of Elena Anatolyevna, underwent the necessary distance learning. They studied the protocol for treating covid infection and the scope of their responsibilities. Group members advise people who apply, tell them what questions and where to contact, how to behave, what to take in case of mild to moderate severity of the disease, etc.
