The International Multidisciplinary Scientific Forum was held at the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU
The International Multidisciplinary Scientific Forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU named after. B.N. Yeltsin and the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region.
The event was organized by the departments of anatomy, top. anatomy and operative surgery, general and faculty surgery, oncology and radiation therapy, forensic medicine. Support was provided by colleagues from Russia and Uzbekistan (Tver, Novosibirsk, Samara State Medical Universities, Andijan State Medical Institute), KSMA named after. I.K. Akhunbaeva.
In the scientific part of the forum, 21 messages from teachers and students were heard on the history of the development of medicine in Kyrgyzstan, the formation and state of forensic and oncological services in the Kyrgyz Republic. Attention is paid to an innovative and interactive teaching method for students and schoolchildren, academic mobility at the Faculty of Medicine. The demonstration of natural endovascular devices and prostheses was accompanied by a report on modern technologies in cardiovascular surgery in the world and Kyrgyzstan. The reasons for the development of pelvic floor insufficiency and the possibility of affordable and effective prosthetics in seniors are shown. Students reported on the results of their scientific works. By all accounts, all the reports touched on the most pressing issues of medicine: from the educational process to the latest and most accessible treatment methods.
As part of the forum, a student Olympiad in basic surgical skills was held, in which 2 teams from the Department of Anatomy and OKHTA, 1 team each from the departments of AiFH, GC (KRSU) and 1 from KSMA named after. I.K. Akhunbaeva. Based on the results of theoretical and 3 practical rounds, the teams OKHA#1 (KRSU) and KSMA were recognized as winners.
