A guest lecture by a professor from the University of Ural State Law University was held at the Faculty of Law KRSU

On March 27, 2026, a guest lecture was held at the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University within the framework of the discipline «Theory of State and Law».The speaker was Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Theory of State and Law of the Ural State Law University named after. V.F. Yakovleva, Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation Anatoly Stepanovich Shaburov.The lecture addressed key issues in understanding law and legal (retrospective) liability. Particular attention was paid to the fact that law should be considered not only as a system of norms and prohibitions, but also as a conscious activity aimed at restoring social justice and developing legal consciousness.It was also noted that the theory of the State and law is a fundamental discipline underlying the training of the jurist and providing an understanding of all branches of law.Students showed high interest in the topic, actively participated in the discussion and asked questions.We thank Anatoly Stepanovich Shaburov for his informative speech and contribution to the development of legal education at KRSU.
