Our graduates: Stefania Fediai

To the moon and back. A graduate of KRSU participates in modeling flights to the Moon.

Stefania Fedyay graduated from KRSU in 2013 with a degree in medicine, and completed an internship at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia at the Department of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology with a degree in «Psychiatry».

Stefania is a participant in the unique SIRIUS-19 experiment, which simulates a real flight to the Moon.

Currently he is a researcher at the Institute of Medical and Biological Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She has undergone retraining in aviation and space medicine and is now participating in search and rescue operations during the launch and landing of manned spacecraft.

“It’s probably impossible to get used to such work, every flight of a new crew — is a page in the history of space exploration, and I, together with other specialists in this field, help this happen. In addition, I am preparing ground-based experiments that simulate various factors of space flight. And in 2019 she became a tester herself. Exciting, exciting, sometimes disturbing, sometimes offensive, but then always joyful. I'm glad to feel like you did everything and everything ended well.
