What connects Cheburashka and KRSU?

Vasily Kutsenko, known as the author of the popular projects "Cheburashka" and "Kitchen", was born in Talas and raised in Bishkek. He is a graduate of KRSU and was once interested in boxing. At school and university, Vasily actively participated in KVN, which probably laid the foundation for his keen sense of humor and rich imagination.

KVN became an important part of Vasily’s life, and we can say that he and his peers became the founders of Kyrgyz KVN. The "Give Youth" project, and then the sparkling "Kitchen," brought Vasily and his team to the fore, after which offers to write scripts began to arrive. This was followed by the projects "Eleon", "Hotel Belgrade", "The Last Hero".

And finally, "Cheburashka", which grossed 7 billion at the box office!

We turned to Vasily with a request to share tips for KRSU students. He sent a warm greeting to everyone and said: "It's always been important to me not what I do, but who I do it with. It seems to me that this is precisely the difference between KRSU - in the community of students, which creates a special atmosphere for and around studies. How good specialists you become depends on you and your diligence in your studies, but who you go through life with depends on your environment. I really appreciate KRSU for the people I studied with, for the friends who are still with me after 20 years and will always be with me. This is extremely important, and in life you need to be very careful about this aspect - who are you doing something with!'.
