Health week at KRSU

from May 23 to 28, KRSU hosted Health Week, organized by the University Department of Urology, headed by the head, Professor G. Chernetsova, for the university staff.

In specially designated premises of the main building, department employees held daily receptions for their colleagues and members of their families.

The list of free medical services included UAC, OAM, blood sugar tests, plus a comprehensive ultrasound, and most importantly – consultation with a specialist. If necessary, additional examinations were carried out, but on an accessible paid basis.

In just 6 days of work, there were 750 requests from all seven faculties of KRSU.

In a number of cases, such diseases as diabetes mellitus, urolithiasis and cholelithiasis, fatty hepatosis, etc. were first identified in colleagues.

The department staff immediately provided advisory assistance to most of those who applied. Some are recommended for inpatient treatment at the Urology Center of the National Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
