A new scientific and educational project of the Russian State University for the Humanities and KRSU will strengthen Eurasian integration
On November 16, the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) and the Russian State Humanitarian University (RGGU) presented a scientific and educational project «Center for Eurasian Studies. The event was held in a mixed format: some participants were present directly at KRSU in Bishkek, some connected online. From the KRSU estate, the presentation participants were greeted by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Salavat Usmanov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs Valery Lelevkin, and Vice-Rector for Information and Public Relations Leonid Sumarokov.
The President of the Russian State University for the Humanities, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Efim Pivovar spoke with information on this issue. According to him, the new project will be aimed at conducting joint scientific, scientific-organizational, educational, educational and methodological work between the two universities, as well as uniting specialists dealing with Eurasianism problems.
During the round table «Russia and Kyrgyzstan – foundations of socio-humanitarian partnership», which became a continuation of the presentation of a new scientific and educational project director of the Center for Eurasian Studiesice making KRSU Larisa Khoperskaya, zpresenter at the Center for Social Research of the Institute of Philosophy, Law and Social Sciencespolitical research of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan Nurbek Omuraliev, director of the International Analytical Club «Issyk-Kul – Greater Eurasia» KRSU Ainura Kocherbaeva, international studies students KRSU noted the importance of developing scientific support for the integration processes that have unfolded in the Eurasian space. In this regard, Professor Nurbek Omuraliev paid special attention in his speech to the need for a broader explanation in society of the clear advantages of socio-economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
Then the work of scientists continued within the framework of the strategic session. On the agenda of three strategic sections eexperts, including the director of the Center for Rating Policy, Monitoring and Statistics of the Russian State University for the Humanities Alexander Medved, leading researcher at the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Post-Soviet and Interregional Studies of the Russian State University for the Humanities Mikhail Mukhin, head of the Department of Strategic Projects of the Russian State University for the Humanities Yuri Filippov, scientists from the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, KRSU, KNU named after. Zh. Balasagyn, BSU named after. K. Karasaev, brought up topics relevant to the scientific community: «Historical memory and common historical and cultural heritage of the CIS countries in modern social thought of Russia and Kyrgyzstan», «Educational practices and scientific and educational cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan», «Development of mechanisms for joint social and educational projects».
Participants in past events agreed that the new scientific and educational project of the Russian State University for the Humanities and KRSU will serve for the benefit of Eurasian integration.
