On the diplomacy of sovereign Kyrgyzstan: Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic K. Kabaev gave a lecture for FMO students

A guest lecture was held in the large assembly hall of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Posla for special assignments from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, KRSU graduate Kubana Kabaeva, dedicated to UN Day and Diplomatic Worker's Day of the Kyrgyz Republic. Interestingly, both holidays are celebrated on October 24th.

The guest of honor told students of the Faculty of International Relations about the history and activities of the UN, Fr participationand this organization in resolving international and regional conflicts, modern foreign policy strategy and diplomacy of sovereign Kyrgyzstan.

Being an experienced international affairs specialist, K. Kabaev shared with the audience numerous practical examples revealing the activities of a diplomat and the interaction of Kyrgyzstan with the United Nations on issues of international security, development and defending the interests of mountain countries, the SDGs, curbing climate change, and nuclear disarmament.

In conclusion, the speaker answered numerous questions from students.
