The educational program of the Summer School of Student Government and Social Design continues!The next days of the shift were devoted to the development of leadership and management competencies. Lectures, trainings and practical classes were held for the participants aimed at improving the skills needed by a modern leader.Olga Dolzhenko — lecturer, speaker and member of the Regional Council of the Russian Society «Knowledge» presented the educational program. During the meetings, participants discussed the development of flexible skills, the basics of effective time management and the role of mentoring in professional and personal growth✨The practical part of the program was conducted by representatives of the presidential platform «Russia — country of opportunity» — Vyacheslav Lyakin and Elena Germanova, employees of the Department of Regional Development. They introduced students to technology «Management duel» — a format of business negotiations based on modeling real conflict situations. Participants learned to argue their positions, make decisions in limited time, negotiate and effectively interact with different partiesThe school's educational program is gaining momentum, and each new day brings participants useful knowledge, practical experience and the opportunity to look at familiar problems from a new angle.
