The Summer Sports Shift continues at the UOK «Zhashtyk», where every day of the participants is filled with educational, sports and team activitiesAs part of the educational program, a lecture «Student Volleyball» (theory and practice) was held, which was given by Nurbek Kalykov — Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic in volleyball, international AVC/FIVB referee and coach. Participants got acquainted with the features of student volleyball, discussed the basics of training athletes and received valuable practical recommendations.Then there was a master class «Thinking of a Champion: Chess, Sports and the Path to Victory» from Ruslan Syazdbekov — Master of Sports in Chess, four-time Asian champion.
