Olympiad in Pediatric Dentistry
On November 27, the Olympiad in Pediatric Dentistry «Prevention of Dental Diseases in Children and Adolescents» was held in the large assembly hall of KRSU.
Participants of the event, the purpose of which is to assess the level of knowledge, increase interest in the study of pediatric dentistry and reveal the creative potential of students, – students of the Faculty of Medicine of the 3rd and 5th years.
The jury included the dean of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU, Professor A. Zarifyan, head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of KRSU, Candidate of Medical Sciences R. Nuritdinov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU Ch. Nogoybaeva, elder of pediatric dentistry A. Bekzhanov, professor, president of the association of dentists of the Kyrgyz Republic A. Kalbaev, head of the department of pediatric dentistry of KSMA G. Cholokova and others.
Each task was evaluated by a jury on a 5-point scale. The overall maximum score for the performance was 45 points.
Based on the results of the competition, the prizes were distributed as follows:
3rd course:
The Grand Prix was earned by the group SD-2-19 (captain − Anara Satyrkulova);
1st place – group SD-6-19 (captain − Nadezhda Shpilevaya);
2nd place – group SD-4-19 (captain − Victoria Kasalapova);
3rd place – group SD-5-19 (captain − Seida Nazirova).
5th course:
Grand Prix − group SD-8-17 (captain − Ilgiz Artykov);
1st place – group SD-1-17 (captain − Chyngyz Barataliev);
2nd place – group SD-3-17 (captain − Dmitry Belozerov);
3rd place – SD-5-17 group (captain − Shahboz Oripov).
