Olympiad "Experts in Clinical Anatomy"

The third round of the Olympiad "Experts in Clinical Anatomy" was held at the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU under the guidance of Associate Professor A.A. Beisembayev, Senior Lecturer A.V. Gabaidulin. and the Student Scientific and Practical Society of the Department of Anatomy and OKHTA.

In total, 34 students of the specialties General Medicine and Pediatric Medicine took part in the Olympiad.

In the 3rd round of the Olympiad, students, previously distributed among 12 teams, showed their skills in:
(1) Applying a hemostatic suture to the liver.
(2) Application of an interintestinal anastomosis.
(3) Suture of the heart wound.

All competitions were held on biological material and within a limited time frame.
During quality checks of the work performed, participants answered questions and demonstrated their theoretical knowledge.

Successful completion of the stage means that all teams have demonstrated a high level of preparation and are able to cope with the upcoming final 4 round. We wish them good luck and further success in the competition!
