Opening the ceremony, Rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov greeted graduates, their parents and loved ones, teachers, university staff, graduates of previous years, partners, honored guests, as well as representatives of the founders of the university — the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.In his address, he emphasized that holding such a graduation became possible thanks to the long-term support of the founders, and the presence in the hall of parents, teachers, partners and graduates of different years makes this day a truly common holiday for the entire university community.Sergei Volkov paid special attention to the continuity of generations of graduates.
